CIRCONTROL, S.A. is entering into the Asian market by introducing its platform to increase efficiency of the car park facilities. The export department organized a business trip for visit and give support customers involved in potential on-going projects.

The countries visited were Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia. The aim of the trip was to expand our activities and to train our distributors in the field of the solutions for car park guidance system, energy saving system and fire detection systems. Usually, the asian countries are bombed by many China and Taiwan products, which most of the time doesn’t fit the client requirements and minimum standard of quality. Although it is a very difficult market due to price level introduced by those manufacturers, the quality, warranty and innovation that a European supplier can provide it is always one step ahead.

One of the major efforts at the company is to achieve the top quality level on our products and we know very well that the only option to obtain this award is by training our distributors. For this reason, during the period of the trip, Moises Barea, export manager of Circontrol SA, organized a 2 days training to our distributor and car park operators in Bangkok.

Thanks to the company policy in terms of quality, we have obtained a total customer satisfaction around the world in the over 105 car park references sites where Circontrol solutions have been installed.
