Car park lighting
Little by little the race to use LED technology for lighting has begun, with limited success, due to the limitations of the technology itself, specifically the directionality of LED lighting. In 2009, CIRCONTROL began implementing a new and revolutionary system of lighting using LED technology, LED-PARK for car parks.
The objective of this system was twofold, on the one hand to achieve maximum management efficiency of the car park, and on the other to consolidate resources, i.e., to take advantage of existing installations to implement more than one system, considerably reducing labour costs.
LED-PARK SYSTEM
A new modular concept was born, the LED lamp or BL-PARK. With this solution, the concentration of light at specific points by the fluorescent LED has been discarded, opting instead for dispersion of light over an infinite number of points. These points of light will not be located in the centres of aisles, as customary, but rather at the ends of parking spaces.

CIRCONTROL Technology
CIRCONTROL has spent more than 10 years implementing Parking Guidance Systems. It currently has more than 170 installations in more than 20 countries throughout the world. This system has many benefits for car park operators, proving to be a very useful tool. This is where the success of LED-PARK lies, it takes advantage of the installation of a Parking Guidance System to install distributed lighting in the Car Park.
It uses the same structure as the Parking Guidance System: Based on Ethernet communications, with a very low voltage Power Supply, less than 48 VDC. In short, a whole series of advantages provide the installation with a complete range of new developments, which lead to savings for the car park operator.
Definition of the System
The LED-PARK System is based on the installation of 3 or four BL-PARK lighting points per space, which are managed by one DL-PARK, local equipment for each space that controls the intensity of light for each space, eliminating the voltage drop effect.
Every 30 DL-PARK devices or parking spaces are connected to a CL-PARK Controller and Power Supply. This controller, connected by an Ethernet network to the Control software, manages the lighting levels, based on the presence of vehicles, movement of people and/or vehicles, by programmed schedules, based on user-defined events, etc., which makes it INTELLIGENT and ACCURATE lighting that uses only the Kw actually necessary for the installation.
